What Are the Different Types of Child Custody?

How Is Spousal Maintenance Calculated for High-Income Earners?

Spousal maintenance is based on statutory guidelines, which currently apply to income up to $228,000 per year. When one or both spouses earn more than that amount, the court has discretion to order additional maintenance based on the couple’s standard of living, the length of the marriage, and each party’s income, assets, and earning capacity.
