William Cally has over 24 years of legal experience in private practice dealing with all aspects of litigation including matrimonial and family law matters, personal injury cases, criminal cases, and real-estate transactions, as well as arbitration, mediation, and collaborative law. Prior to joining Nolletti Law Group, William Cally managed his own law firm in White Plains, New York from January 2006 through October 2017. His practice consisted of representing clients in matrimonial and family law matters, personal injury matters, as well as real-estate transactions and criminal law. Mr. Cally was also Of Counsel to other matrimonial practitioners during this time.
Before starting his own firm, Mr. Cally was an associate with Banks Shapiro Gettinger Waldinger and Brennan in Mt. Kisco, New York, where he was primarily responsible for maintaining his own caseload of primarily matrimonial files. During his time at Banks Shapiro (4/2002 to 1/2006), he represented clients in both Supreme and Family Court, handling custody, child support, visitation, equitable distribution, family offence proceedings, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, stipulations of settlement, and all other facets of matrimonial litigation.
From July 2000 to April 2002, he was an associate with Stanley Messinger, Esq, in White Plains, New York. While there, he assisted Mr. Messinger with all matrimonial cases – including drafting motions, pleadings, and Briefs for Appeal he also co-chaired trials.
From April 1995 through July 2000, William Cally was an associate with the Law Firm of Anthony D. DeNaro in Hempstead, New York, where his responsibilities included all facets of matrimonial and family law proceedings.
