COVID-19 Response from Nolletti Law Group

Dear Clients and Friends,

As the ever-changing circumstances regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continue to unfold, the health and safety of our attorneys, staff, clients and their families, as well as the communities in which we live and work, must remain our top priority in this unprecedented situation.

While we continue monitoring the updates and developments related to this medical emergency, we have determined that the best interests of our attorneys, staff, clients, etc., dictate that NLG put into place measures to ensure the safety of our people while maintaining uninterrupted delivery of legal services to our clients with the same excellence and professionalism.

As of Monday, March 23, 2020, select members of our staff will keep our office open and operational. The majority of our personnel will work from home to promote social distancing. NLG has set up a virtual office that will enable our team of attorneys and legal professionals to work remotely with a commitment to provide seamless, “business as usual” legal services to all clients.

Our internal communication systems enable everyone on our team to work without interruption from remote locations. During this period, we will remain fully available by email and phone to support your needs, as well as conduct new client consults, etc.

Telephone calls to our office number, 914-831-7000, will be answered as usual. Each of our team members can also be reached directly by dialing their respective extension numbers as follows:

  • Diane Sobczak @ Extension 256
  • Francesca Cartagena-Moore @ Extension 136
  • Nancy Falkson @ Extension 133
  • William Cally @ Extension 123
  • Alexandra Maxwell @ Extension 114
  • James Nolletti @ Extension 110

No NLG personnel have tested positive for coronavirus — this is simply a precautionary measure while we evaluate the appropriate path forward. Our attorneys, consultants and professionals are equipped with the required technology to work remotely and we remain ready and available to assist clients.

For those of you with court dates scheduled during the next few weeks, please be advised that, on March 15, 2020, the Chief Administrative Judge of New York State has suspended and postponed all non-essential court functions until further notice. If you have any questions about this, please contact us to discuss whether or not our appearance is still required as scheduled.

Our thoughts are with the individuals and communities that have been directly impacted by the virus. Please stay safe and healthy and thank you for your anticipated cooperation with our efforts during this unprecedented medical emergency.

James J. Nolletti, Esq.
