Alexandra Maxwell Serves As New York State Bar Association Moderator

Nolletti Law Group Senior Associate, Alexandra Maxwell, recently served as a moderator for a CLE event sponsored by the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) in Tarrytown. The event covered topics related to Unraveling the New Tax Law’s Impact on Domestic Relations Law & Extended Updates.

The NYSBA event aligned a faculty of experienced matrimonial law practitioners and accountants who were able to provide a broad overview of the federal Tax Cuts & Jobs Act’s impact on all matters related to domestic relations law including divorce and separation, separation of marital property, forensic accounting, and more.

Ms. Maxwell graduated from Columbia University in 2002 and is a 2005 cum laude graduate of Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar and the Bar of the State of New York.
